I have a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education, but even so, I have always struggled with my weight.

They say that Knowledge is Power, but in fact Knowledge is Only Potential Power.  I finally decided to put all of my knowledge about fitness, diet and nutrition to work on myself and transform my body once and for all.

I re-read many of my old phys ed textbooks, and then read as many new textbooks, books, and articles that I could find on fitness and diet.  I then took out the best information from each and combined them together.
