Here is the very simple summary of the article that I wrote on the Fat2Fit Radio Blog.

1. Prepare most of your meals in advance and have healthy snacks on hand.

2. Try to eat every 3 hours.

3. Do not eat until you are full.

4. Have a lean protein with every meal.

5. Eat natural foods from Mother Nature, not a box.

6. Do not drink your calories.

7. Give yourself one cheat meal per week.
